That was like a bullet through the heart to hear Dan is dead and most likely in hell since the last time he was into eastern religion again. Just like Solomon who was deceived and turned back....there is no reward unless we finish the race. McNut and oil money? As I consider the thief on the Cross and our Lord's grace in those last few hours of his life I have learned to just say, I just don't know. I know I can trust our Lord Jesus Christ to be absolutelyrighteous in His judgment but with many graduations I don't know or I sure hope that they made it. But it is a great joy to know for sure and have that divine confidence that a saint has gone to be with Jesus due to their rubber on the road in the Holy Spirit. So don't be too quick, Scott, to count Dan out. As a prodigal son he could have made the 180 and returned home in the last 5 minutes, I sure hope so.

Aloha Scott,
Well, for me, "Most likely" is LIKELY or (very probable) so why go there at all. Phil.4:7-9. Dan now has to stand before our Lord Jesus and give an account and so we must all do in time. But you and I have no clue as to what "most likely" has happened to Dan. Personally I hope he dumped that dumb doctrine and made it. So please start looking at the glass 1/2 full rather than 1/2 empty and try to remember what kind of fruit we are supposed to be growing: Galatians 5:22-23 (King James Version) 22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And a touch of 1 Cor.13, would not hurt a bit at all...

Ken,

Your posts touched by heart!. For some reason, an old familiar song came to mind as I was reading the responses and it is, "Our God is an awesome God, He reigns from Heaven above.....

Greg McNutt is an evangelist in South America somewhere. If you "google" Gregario McNutt, you can see U-tube videos of him preaching.

Ken: Now I understand your comment I guess you never knew Dan turned his back on Jesus and accepted a Indian Guru in His place. This I am sure of as I was with him and saw it first hand, thus my comment that it was too bad that unless he turned back he was most likely in hell.

Thanks for this info, Colleen. I did find one of Greg's videos online. The one where he is explaining about his ministry and how since his wife died, he has remarried a fine Christian woman (Korean-Brazilian). He says he is based in Brazil, and has preached there for the past 20 years!
Now this is some fruit that Ken and the Pilgrim Fellowship can rejoice over. Praise God for such a faithful and dynamic minister! Let's all pray for Greg, his family, and his ministry.
